Huimin Li is a PhD student in the Department of Government. Their primary research interests are international political economy, international organizations, human rights, and regulation of emerging technologies. Their dissertation focuses on the governance of artificial intelligence, specifically rights to privacy and non-discrimination. They received an MA in international relations from the New York University, and a BA in journalism from Northeastern University.
