Jackie Cheng is a JD candidate (expected May 2027) at Texas Law. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas, where she concentrated on international security and African studies. At Texas Law, Jackie is a Human Rights Scholar and a member of the Human Rights Clinic, where she contributes to projects promoting global justice and accountability. Currently, she serves as an Executive Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. Drawing on her background and passion for advocacy, Jackie hopes to pursue a career in international human rights litigation and policy, with a focus on advancing protections worldwide through international development work.
