Jeff Hitt has worked as a planner, epidemiologist, and evaluator in the HIV/STD Program at the Texas Department of State Health Services for the past ten years. Since 2009, he has been the manager of HIV prevention, responsible for coordinating policies and efforts across the state of Texas. Jeff earned a Masters in Education from the University of Texas at Austin’s Health Education/Health Promotion program.
