John Fossum

John Fossum is a Master of Public Affairs candidate at UT's LBJ School of Public Affairs. His research is focused on social and economic justice in the international food supply chain. John is currently associated with the Rapoport Center as a summer fellow and graduate affiliate, UT Austin's Innovations for Peace and Development, and the Food Chain Workers Alliance. Prior to his graduate studies, John served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa, where he developed projects with local partners in microfinance, agricultural extension, gender equality, and sanitation. John has also worked in corporate advocacy in Washington, DC, and on political campaigns.
