Judson Wood, Jr., is an attorney with Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated of San Antonio, for whom he advises clients on issues related to international business transactions. He served for 30 years as international counsel for Sterling Drug, Inc., where he oversaw the company's international transactions, contracts, and investments. He also represented U.S. clients at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal at The Hague.
From 2001 to 2005, Wood taught international business transaction at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
He received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, New York.
