Minyu Situ
Minyu Situ is a Ph.D. student in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Texas at Austin (UT-Austin), focusing on advancing mobility justice among racial and gender populations. Her current research endeavors to integrate critical identity factors, such as gender and race, along with individual lived experiences, into established travel behavior modeling frameworks. Before joining UT-Austin, Minyu Situ served as a project manager and research associate at Tufts University, where she adeptly utilized qualitative data analysis techniques to assess technical interventions in walking behavior and employed statistical and geospatial methods to evaluate public transport-related policies. Minyu Situ holds an M.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a B.S. in Public Affairs/Environmental Management from Indiana University of Bloomington.
