Richard McNulty
Richard is an LL.M. student from the UK, and is currently pursuing a dual LL.M. in Comparative Constitutional Law & Human Rights, and Global Energy & Environmental Law. Richard has a law degree (LLB) with first class honours from the UK and has received academic prizes from Queen Mary, University of London for his papers on public international law, copyright and moral rights in the EU, and human rights defense in 21st century China. He is currently focusing his research on comparative analyses of communist constitutions with constitutions of EU jurisdictions and the US, and what these documents mean for a universal conception of human rights. Richard’s other interests include corporate responsibility and human rights, as well as the death penalty in which he is currently pursuing pro bono work.
