Samridhdi Shrestha (they/them) is a senior studying Neuroscience, minoring in Asian American Studies, pursuing a certificate in Creative Writing, and is in the Bridging Disciplines Program for Human Rights and Social Justice. While they pursue numerous accolades, work-life balance is a priority for them. They like to recharge by journaling, meditating, sleeping heavily, and exploring different kinds of teas and coffee

Samridhdi was born in Kathmandu, Nepal and immigrated to the U.S. at age five. While growing up in Austin, they had the privilege to meet many like-minded friends interested in social justice. Their most recent projects include Whole Human podcast (discussing health related topics in relation to the experience of racialized groups in America) and summer internships with Refugee Services of Texas and South Asian Youth in Houston United (SAYHU). They are also president of the Nepali Students Association at UT and are committed to helping Nepali students find belonging and explore their culture with peers.
