Counter-Terrorism, Peacebuilding, and the UN

This event featured the UN Special Rapporteur for the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms while countering terrorism and Human Rights Center Faculty Director at the University of Minnesota Law School, Professor Fionnuala Ní Aoláin.
