How Human Rights Issues Impact All International Practices

This panel will discuss current international human rights issues and the important impacts of these issues on all aspects of today’s international law practice.  Topics will include an overview of current international human rights standards, how companies and lawyers can navigate international human rights issues relating to employees and indigenous peoples, an outlook on human rights in the current international immigration environment, and how dispute resolution mechanisms are used to address international human rights issues.
