Fred Hagans has been selected as a recipient of the 2023 Texas Bar Foundation’s Outstanding 50 Year Lawyer Award. A double Longhorn, Hagans is the founder of Hagans Montgomery Hagans and is double board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law.
