James C. Lawler has since worked as a national security consultant since retiring as a senior CIA Operations officer in 2005. Lawler, who received The Trailblazer Award, the Director’s Award, the HUMINT Collector Award and the Donovan Award while with the CIA, has published two spy novels: “Living Lies” and “In the Twinkling of an Eye.”
