Tom Melsheimer has been named co-chair of Winston & Strawn’s Litigation Department. Melsheimer serves as managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office, is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is co-author of the critically acclaimed trial advocacy book, “On the Jury Trial.”
