Timothy Lynn Brown passed away on Dec. 30, 2022. Brown served as head of the Environmental Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office before entering private practice in 1982, where he remained active in the practice of water law until 2019.

She then became a partner at Vinson and Elkins LLP.  Burke was honored with Texas Law’s Distinguished Alumna Award in 2014.
