Kevin Frazier
AI Innovation and Law Fellow
Kevin Frazier is Texas Law’s inaugural AI Innovation and Law Fellow. He was previously an assistant professor at St. Thomas University College of Law as well as a Technology and Democracy Fellow at the Leadership Center for Attorneys General Studies and a Senior Research Fellow for the Institute of Law and AI. Professor Frazier earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley and a masters in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. He clerked for Chief Justice Mike McGrath of the Montana Supreme Court. His publications on AI law and policy have appeared in academic journals such as the Tennessee Law Review and Washington and Lee Law Review Online and in popular outlets such as the MIT Tech Review, The Regulatory Review, Reason, and Lawfare (where he also serves as a senior editor).
