Description
This writing seminar is designed to explore the linkages between international trade law, environmental protection, and human rights. It will focus on the way in which environmental and human rights issues are addressed in the World Trade Organization (WTO), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the European Union (EU). Prior coursework in international, environmental, human rights or labor law is helpful, but not required.Instructors
