Description

This course gives an overview of both domestic and international arbitration, with a special perspective on acting as counsel.  The course consists of both lectures and interactive role playing, in which students are given the opportunity to act as counsel or arbitrator.

This course combines three courses: Domestic Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration Practice.  The resulting course aims to prepare the student to become familiar with the intricacies of arbitral procedures and to act as counsel in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
