Description
Brief Writing and Oral Advocacy introduces the form and writing style of an appellate brief. The course focuses on using facts and legal authority to persuade appellate judges. All students must write a complete appellate brief and present an oral argument. This two-credit course is offered pass/fail only.Instructors
