This is a writing seminar devoted to juvenile justice. The paper topics will be developed in consultation with me and preferably will involve a subject involving empirical data or source material from a different discipline than law. We will meet as a class for several weeks, suspend for research and writing (and individual conferences with me), and resume meeting to discuss the papers in class. Since the seminar meets on Mondays, the first meeting will not be until January 26. Unless we decide otherwise, the last class meeting will be Monday, May 4.
