This workshop will focus on advanced economic analysis of law. Eight leading scholars in law and economics will present their work-in-progress in the workshop. The speakers will include experts in a variety of fields such as securities regulations, corporate law, intellectual property, and judicial behavior. The students will have the opportunity to discuss the working papers and will be required to analyze and critique the majority of the papers both orally and in writing.
