Description
This course will train students on the practical aspects of starting and maintaining a law practice. It is a reading class and will consist of presentation of information as well as discussion of the reading assignments. It is geared both for the student who wants to start their own firm as well as those who may have jobs with larger firms but may someday start their own firm. Your will learn practical ways to make your first years of practice successful. The instructors both practiced in large firms and started their respective solo practices and will share perspective from their experiences with both types of practice.Textbooks ( * denotes required )
