In the Intensive Trial Practice course, students are divided into small groups and try case after case throughout the semester for a deep immersion in trial skills. The course teaches them how to try and defend a case alone as well as how to partner during a trial. This is a fast-paced, intensive course intended for students with the interest, commitment and energy necessary to participate in multiple trials during the semester. This is a 4-credit class (1 credit graded; 3 credits pass/fail). Prerequisites: Advocacy Survey and Evidence
