This course provides a four-hour option in Con Law II. It focuses on controversial current or recent constitutional cases in the Supreme Court. The required casebook is the new paperback by Choper, et al., Leading Cases in Constitutional Law (2015). The course is open to all first comers within the following limits: It is closed to first-year students. There is no pass/fail option. A small room and limited enrollment have been requested for it, in part to help create a seminar-like setting. Four hours.
