Description
We will explore the issues related to renewable energy policy in the US electric industry by comparing policy choices made by California, Texas and Germany with an eye to comparing the consequences of the choices as well as the path dependencies in each jurisdiction that led to those choices. The course material will include background explanations of the US electric industry and renewable energy projects.Textbooks ( * denotes required )
