This class is only open to students who have already accepted a clerkship with either (1) a federal district judge, or (2) a federal magistrate judge. It will cover the common legal issues that judicial clerks encounter, as well as the writing and research that clerks are expected to do. Students will draft a bench memo and an order and complete other smaller assignments. Enrollment is limited.
