Description
The 27560 section of this course will be taught in person but with the option of occasional remote participation via Zoom. If students require all remote participation, they must register for the 27561 section of this course, which is identical but web-based.
The course focuses on the structure and style of contracts and agreements with a focus on modern drafting conventions. Students will practice revising and drafting various kinds of transactional documents.
