Description
This course meets in person on the following dates: February 17, March 3, March 10, March 31, and April 14.
This course is designed to expose students to the Multi-State Performance Test (MPT), one of the components of the NCBE Uniform Bar Exam, and to provide both strategies to approach the MPT and also practice opportunities to implement those strategies. Students will be expected to complete work both outside of and during class time. A heavy emphasis will be placed on self-scoring and on how the strategies and skills developed for approaching the MPT translate directly into legal practice.
