Ami L. Larson

Ami Larson has served as a trial advocacy lecturer since 2003. She serves as an administrative law judge for the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin. Previously, she was an assistant district attorney in Madison, Wisconsin (1994-2001) during which time she tried a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.
Ms. Larson has served as a Lecturer in the Trial Advocacy Department of the University of Texas School of Law since the fall of 2003, and currently works as an Administrative Law Judge for the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin. She worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Madison, Wisconsin from 1994-2001, during which time she tried a wide variety of both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Prior to her position as an ALJ, Ms. Larson worked for the State Bar of Texas as a Program Attorney.
