Craig Bennett has taught administrative law as an adjunct professor since 2007. He has been an administrative law judge with the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings for almost 19 years, serving as a master administrative law judge for the last 12 years.
Craig Bennett has taught Texas Administrative Law since 2007. He was an Administrative Law Judge with the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings for almost 19 years, serving as a Master Administrative Law Judge the last 12 years. Prior to becoming an Administrative Law Judge, he was in private practice in Dallas and Austin as a litigator in the areas of employment, civil rights, governmental liability, and environmental law. He also serves as a mediator, and has received his basic mediation certification from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas. He is a former Exam Commissioner for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has been a guest lecturer in China at Wuhan University Law School, Xiamen University Law School, and Jinan University, as well as at various Advanced Administrative Law Seminars.
