Eman Sojoodi-Haghighi

Eman Sojoodi-Haghighi is senior legal counsel for Dell, Inc.. He focuses on portfolio management and general counseling regarding IP matters. Prior to joining Dell, Sojoodi-Haghighi worked at Fenwick & West LLP where his practice focused on intellectual property litigation and counseling. He also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Circuit Judge Kathleen M. O’Malley with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Sojoodi-Haghighi served two additional clerkships in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas—one with the Hon. Chief Judge Leonard E. Davis (ret.) and the second with the Hon. Magistrate Judge John D. Love. Prior to his clerkships, he worked as an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan, LLP.
