Emily Ogden

Emily Ogden coaches mock trial students of the Advocacy Program and is currently a supervising attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic.

She is a practicing family lawyer at Goranson Bain Ausley, PLLC in Austin, Texas, with experience in jury and bench trials, mediation, and negotiation, and specializing in contested and uncontested divorce, paternity and parent-child relationship suits, and enforcement/modification of prior orders.

A proud "double Longhorn," Emily is a former student attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic and a former advanced student attorney for the Children's Rights Clinic. She was inducted to the Order of Barristers and awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and Hildy's Cutback Award.
