Emily Ogden

Emily Ogden's headshot photo

Emily J. Ogden is a mock trial coach and adjunct professor for the Advocacy Program. She was also previously a supervising attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic.

She is a practicing litigation attorney at McDowell Hetherington, LLP, representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex civil and commercial disputes. Prior to joining MH, Emily was a trial lawyer at the largest firm in Texas that is dedicated exclusively to practicing family law.

A proud "double Longhorn," Emily is a former student attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic and Children's Rights Clinic and served on the executive board for Board of Advocates.  She was inducted to the Order of Barristers and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award.
