Francesca A. Di Troia ’15 is senior counsel at Barron & Newburger, P.C. She has a wide range of litigation experience litigating constitutional, insurance, consumer, and tort cases across Texas, and also handles appeals and advises clients on complex discovery issues. Di Troia has authored briefs in the Texas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Before joining Barron & Newburger, Di Troia was an assistant attorney general in the Office of the Texas Attorney General representing governmental agencies in tort, employment, and constitutional cases. She frequently presents on discovery, consumer, and civility issues.
