Jason Panzer ’96 is a partner in Herring & Panzer, L.L.P. Panzer’s practice focuses on professional malpractice, legal malpractice, lawyer disqualification, commercial litigation, conflicts of interest, and legal ethics. He has experience representing and advising clients on legal ethics-related matters in court and arbitration settings. Panzer also is co-author with Chuck Herring and Leah Turner of the treatise, Texas Legal Malpractice & Lawyer Discipline, which they update annually. An adjunct professor at Texas Law, he has also taught courses for the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism.
