Jeff Crough is a partner with Vinson & Elkins in Dallas, where his practice focuses on representing companies and their directors and officers in disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and federal securities laws. He has extensive experience at the trial and appellate levels in Delaware and federal courts. In addition to his litigation practice, Crough regularly assesses potential litigation for clients planning transactions.
He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
