Jenna Johnson is a corporate partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She is a member of the Knowledge Management team for Kirkland’s U.S. M&A and private equity practices, with broad responsibility for know-how, training, substantive client outreach and innovation.
Johnson regularly assists with representations of private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, PIPE and growth equity investments, with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions.
