Martha Todd ’13 is an M&A and private equity partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, divestitures, strategic transactions, and investments. She also represents clients in connection with general corporate governance matters, securities offerings and securities regulations compliance and has served as outside general counsel to companies and their management. Todd has advised clients across a broad range of sectors and industry, including technology, finance and banking, energy, hospitality and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and consumer products.
