Biography

Matt Sullivan teaches courses on Construction Law and Construction Litigation. He is a partner in the law firm of DuBois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP and represents architects, engineers, contractors and owners in the litigation and arbitration of disputes and assists with various transactional matters. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Sullivan was employed as a project manager for one of the world’s largest engineering/construction corporations. He has worked on various types of projects including high-rise office buildings, high-tech facilities and manufacturing plants in Texas, Maryland and Virginia. He is a member of the Governing Council of the Construction Section of the State Bar of Texas during 2005-2007. Each year since 2003, he has been selected by his peers as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in Commercial Litigation and as a “Super Lawyer” in Construction Law by Texas Monthly magazine. He is included on the “Best of U.S.” list in Commercial Litigation. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he was the editor-in-chief of the St. Mary’s Law Journal.
