Professor McCown moderated a panel on deconstructing decision-making at the Beyond the Bench: Law, Justice, and Communities Summit hosted by the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals at Paul Quinn College in Dallas. The panel explored recognizing and combating implicit bias in the justice system.
