Keynote Speaker: XVII Semana de la Memoria Historica y de los Derechos Humanos Giulia Tamayo Soria

Ariel Dulitzky gave the keynote speech at an event to conclude the XVII Semana de la Memoria Histórica y los Derechos Humanos Giulia Tamayo (the 17th Giulia Tamayo Week of Historical Memory and Human Rights) in Soria, Spain.  This event was organized by the Asociación Recuerdo y Dignidad (ASRD, the Memory and Dignity Association).  This weeklong event is dedicated to preserving the memory of Spaniards whose human rights were violated under the regime of Franciso Franco, including those who were sent to concentration camps in Spain or deported to camps in Nazi Germany.
