Taught a class for Mexican Federal Judges

Dulitzky taught a class as part of the educational program for Mexican Federal Judges called “Protección jurisdiccional y derechos de las personas afrodescendientes” (jursidictional protection and the rights of people of African descent). This course of study was organized by the Escuela Federal de Formación Judicial. The topic of the class he taught was “Control de convencionalidad en materia de derechos de pueblos afrodescendientes y afromexicanos” (conventionality control regarding the rights of the communities of people of African descent and Afro-Mexicans).
