Fifth Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions

The Fifth Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions, Criminal (West forthcoming November 2024), have been updated from the 2019 version. Susan serves as the Reporter for the District Judge’s Committee that drafts these instructions. Though they have not yet been released in their print form, on Aug. 28, 2024, they were posted on the Fifth Circuit’s website.
