Stephen Moulton ’15 is special counsel in the Governmental Practice in Sheppard’s Dallas office, focused on government investigation and white-collar matters. Moulton draws on his experience as a former federal prosecutor to knowingly guide clients through complex, high-stakes investigations prompted by government enforcement actions.
