Energy & Mineral Law Foundation Law Student Scholarship Program

For the 2022-2023 academic year, EMLF presented $30,000 in scholarships to eight qualifying students attending five EMLF member law schools. Since the inception of the law student scholarship program, more than $700,000 in scholarship money has been awarded.

Scholarships will be awarded for the 2023-2024 academic year to law students studying energy, environmental, natural resources, and mineral law at schools holding membership in the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.

Law school students for the current academic year are eligible to receive scholarships. The scholarship can only be used in connection with a degree program sponsored by a law school which is a member of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation. If your school is not included in this list, ask your law school administration to inquire about membership benefits, including immediate eligibility for student scholarship participation.
