As the second guest in the Rapoport Center's Human Rights Happy Hour Speaker Series, Karen Knop will deliver a lecture titled, “The Informal State in International Law: the United States, Gender and Unilateralism.” Knop is a professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto.
