Jose Maria Abascal, a prominent arbitrator and arbitration specialist from Mexico City, will give a lunch-time talk covering international arbitration issues in Latin America. Señor Abascal has a fascinating background, having served as a court member of the LCIA for a number of years, and he has been intimately involved in drafting amendments to Uncitral’s model law on international arbitration.
