(#CEWtrans) Learn about careers in transactional law in both the private and public sectors. Panelists will discuss the various career options in transactional law, the market for transactional lawyers, the skills and training that are important, and how to enter the field. Panelists include Wesley Watts ’08, Associate at Baker Botts, Maria Sanchez, Austin Energy; Doug Booth ’92, The Law Office of Douglas A. Booth, P.C.; and Kim McMath ‘92, formerly Senior Corporate Legal Counsel, Director of Legal Affairs at ST-Ericsson Inc. and Associate General Counsel at STMicroelectronics.
