What does 'for the general welfare' mean today? Professor Forbath will be tackling this question during a live, nationwide webinar as part of the American Constitution Society's series on constitutional interpretation. Focusing on economic and social rights, he will discuss a reform-minded, distributive tradition of constitutional law and politics.

After the national address, Professor Forbath will continue the discussion with those students and faculty in attendance. Tiff's Treats and other refreshments will be provided.
