CCJ 2.306 (Eidman Courtroom)
This is an administrative evidentiary hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings, involving contract claims asserted by Bi-Inform LLC versus the Texas General Land Office, as well as counterclaims in response. The hearing will last two or three days (through November 16 or 17). Students and faculty are encouraged to observe, but all members of the public are welcome.

The ELI is part of the Grammy Foundation and has an upcoming essay contest for law students which Mr. Stallone will tell us more about.
