Scott Horton, distinguished alum, law professor, and writer for Harper's will present a lecture followed by a panel discussion featuring Profs Robert Chesney, Philip Bobbitt, and Jeffrey Tulis. The lecture begins at 6:30pm with a reception in the Jamail Pavilion at 6:00pm.
